STEC Technology Center is a "Shanghai municipal technology center". The Center possesses 145 employees, among which there 11 with Master degree. The employees with professional titles account for 40% of the total.
Design engineers in the center are proficient in use of UG, CATIA and some other CAD softwares。They have CAE analytical capabilities and use ALTIUM PROTEL in circuit design & PCB layout.
The Center has an independent and well equipped central laboratory, who carries out all products verify tests from DV stage to production SOP. And its own prototype workshop is not only with the capability of trial production, but also responsible for the design and fabrication of the fixtures and tools.
Company has 29 live patents, including 8 invention patents, 20 for utility model, 1 for design, 5 for software copyright. All the products of the company own complete intellectual property rights.
The company was also involved in drafting 14 national GB / QC industry standards, and 66 corporate standards, and setup the whole product standards system.
In recent years, STEC has won the title of "high-tech achievement transformation project" and " Shanghai key new products”.
